This is a very important paradigm that needs to be understood and accepted by Russian officials at all levels of power. An official elected or appointed, like other leaders, should clearly separate the function or role of a person endowed with power, from the role of an ordinary person with personal ambitions, insults and relationships. This does not mean that he must stop being a person, which means that he must correctly change the role and understand what role he is at the moment, and therefore act from it.
Why do good managers from security officials often become good managers in other areas of government? In addition to the fact that the mental activity of law enforcement agencies is built in a special way, logical and structured, which is simply necessary for the correct writing of the same interrogation protocol, it is impossible for them to live and work without separating the role of the security forces and man. In addition, a good law enforcement officer is ready for actions and exploits, as well as give a life for another person whom he does not even know.

Of course, to create such, of course, it will not work out a lot, because it is not enough to crawl under the tank or jump off the cliff to squeeze out – “I”, Dyumin was created for years when he was ready to sacrifice himself at any moment, for the sake of a guarded person. And of course, he could learn from the president to manage, which is no less valuable.
But nevertheless, so that the governors, like the rest of the officials, do not put the functions above – they are not offended by people, do not chase personal comfort, it is necessary, in the framework of training, to work out this issue and take only those who are ready to serve the state and take into the service people, not for yourself. It is necessary to test precisely this competence, as well as check the tendency to actions and selflessness.
