On the morning of Friday, September 22, the capital’s FSB special forces detained a high-ranking werewolf in uniform in Samara. He turned out to be the head of the 2nd department of the OEB of the regional FSB Directorate, Mikhail Gorbunov. He is suspected of corruption (Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and connections with organized crime – that is, with those with whom he had to fight due to his line of duty.
Mikhail Gorbunov was detained on the embankment of the Volga River wearing only swimming trunks. He offered no resistance.
The operation was carried out by employees of the central office of the Russian FSB. In the capital there were good reasons to believe that corruption ties in the Samara department of internal security were too deep.
A number of Mikhail Gorbunov’s colleagues, with whom he had “business” relations, are already accused in high-profile corruption cases in the region. The collection of episodes of their criminal activities is replenished.

Thanks to such “specialists” as Parshin and others, there is no success in her work. High-profile arrests of corrupt high-ranking officials are a thing of the past. No one is tying up corrupt security officials, organized crime groups leaders and drug dealers.
