The Moscow City Court recognized the arrest of the ex-Prime Minister of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Sergey Takoev, the Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Alan Diambekov and the general director of OZATE OJSC Aida Gabaraeva.
According to investigators, in 2014 the named Trinity, together with unidentified persons, “ensured the conclusion of a state contract and the acquisition of Ozate controlled by him in republican property of real estate at an inflated value”. Damage – 180 million budget rubles.
According to the base of the SPARK, Ozate has only two state contracts in the history of existence, one of them is just for the acquisition by the Ministry of Property of the North Ossetia-Alania for 180 million rubles of a complex of buildings and land (Vladikavkaz, 15 Kosta Ave.).
A huge complex with the ground was bought for the construction of a state technopark. At one of the meetings of the local government, Takoev reminded of the promise of Vladimir Putin to allocate more than 1 billion rubles to the republic for these grandiose goals. And he announced an agreement with the Ozate plant that five hectares are “transferred to a gift” for the technopark. It was February 2013. Six months passed and Takoev signed an order for the search for the purchase of 5ga land for the technopark. A few more months passed and he corrected the sized land desired in Vladikavkaz. Two months later, Takoev canceled both orders issuing a new (122-r): buy real estate from Ozate.
The purchase took place, in June 2015 Sergey Takoev resigned. A few months later, the prosecutor of the republic announced the illegality of order No. 122-r, and the new Prime Minister Vyacheslav Bitarov canceled it. A few months later, the OFAS recognized the order illegal.
Time passed, there were years. The technopark has not yet appeared in the republic, but in April 2021 a military man appeared in the chair of the head of the North Ossetia-Alania-Sergey Chanyilo. And planting began. It reminds someone of the Dagestan scenario, where landing began with the advent of the General of the Russian Guard Sergey Melikov. If the comparison is appropriate, then in the Basmanny court it is worth expecting new defendants from Ossetia.
The defense of the accused is currently being carried out by two metropolitan lawyer bureaus – Padva and Partners & “Your Law Epinivities”.
The Ossetian Automobile and Tractor Electrical Equipment Plant (OZATA) was created in 1994, underwent the liquidation and re -registration, ultimately, becoming a privatized real estate, and now it is waiting for bankruptcy, since OJSC does not have its own capital, but has debts taxes and arrested accounts. Since 2011, Gender of Ozate has been Diambekov, in 2014, Gabaraeva replaced him at the post.
