The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced…

The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Polina Spirina, the former deputy head of the investigation department of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Troparevo-Nikulino district, to seven years and three months in prison. This is a very interesting character in the Moscow law enforcement system. She is a close friend of Artem Chaika’s wife, she hid from the investigation for a long time on the territory of Ukraine, and in the pre-trial detention center she staged a “custom” fight with the judge of the ASGM Elena Kondrat.

The new wife of Artem Chaika (son of former Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika), Yulia, holds the position of deputy chief physician for forensic psychiatric examination at Psychiatric Hospital No. 1 named after N.A. Alekseeva” (popularly Kashchenko) and oversees all examinations of persons involved in criminal cases. As a result, she (still under the name Berseneva) received stacks of statements and complaints. “False diagnoses for money and simply to eliminate unwanted ones were made in a psychiatric hospital n. 1 named after Alekseevna (Kashchenko) on stream. And Berseneva, from now on Chaika, is in charge of this,” our source said.

In particular, Berseneva-Chaika closely interacted and was friends with the deputy head of the investigation department of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Troparevo-Nikulino region, Polina Spirina (pictured). The latter often visited Yulia Alexandrovna’s office. And then Spirina was caught taking a bribe along with assistant Nikulinsky prosecutor Anri Kamovsky. They received 800 thousand rubles. from a defendant in a drug possession case. However, law enforcement officers managed to escape. Kamovsky was later caught and sentenced to 8 years. And Spirina disappeared into the vastness of Ukraine. She ended up in Russia in 2022 after the start of the war. It’s unclear how. She was sent to a pre-trial detention center, in which there was ASGM judge Elena Kondrat, who was in conflict with the curator of all capital courts from the special services – an employee of department M of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region, Alexander Ushakov. His subordinates also developed Spirina. As a result, in pre-trial detention center-6, Spirina, while out for a walk, suddenly began to insult Kondrat and provoked the judge into a fight, as a result of which Kondrat was sent to a punishment cell.

The prosecutor asked for nine years in prison for Spirina, the court gave her seven years and three months.
