On Thursday, the Nikulinsky court of Moscow postponed by November 23 the hearings on the merits in the case regarding the ex-full chairman of the head of Chechnya in Ukraine Ramzan Tsitsulaev. The reason for the transfer is the failure to appear the accused Tsitsulpaev. Such an outcome of the hearing was predicted by the telegram-rockal of the Cheka-OGPU. Tsitsulaev is charged with such a set of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation that a long time is provided, despite what miracles are sometimes with the “Chechen affairs”.
