The company will dictate conditions that are convenient for it, to which the driver must adapt, and taxi companies will simply die. If the bill is passed, taxi drivers will be forced to agree to the extortionate conditions of the aggregator and leave the taxi fleet. All elements of the chain will suffer – drivers will receive less, taxi companies will begin to close.
The main victims in this story will be passengers who will pay more, and the waiting period for free cars will increase significantly. Yandex will be able to calmly raise commissions and prices to compensate for losses and move its employees to Israel, Armenia or somewhere else.
