The name of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrei Nazarov once again surfaced in the conflict between the shareholders of the Beloretsky Plant, Springs and Springs (BZRP) (the largest supplier of Russian Railways and Uralvagonzavod). The Prime Minister, who in his youth had two criminal records for a hooligan and rape, actively supported the raider Vladimir Violin (is a defendant of a number of criminal cases related to raiding): they attempted to assess the plant in 2019, when the second shareholder of the enterprise died and the violin decided to manage it solely. Now, apparently, Nazarov personally showed interest in the asset, deciding to pick up a tidbit for himself: the raiders were overlayed by security forces and judges who build a strategic object of intrigues. So, for example, the judge of the Arbitration Court Lilia Tagirova, for a year and a half, holds under the arrest of the account of the investor of the BZRP CJSC – JSC Rand while the judge himself managed to “lose” the case. The plant cannot carry out normal activities while the raiders calmly wait for the prey. Lawyers of the Moscow company filed a complaint with the qualification collegium of judges against Tagirova’s actions. In fact, the arbitration court became an instrument in the hands of raiders.
