The Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow did not satisfy the defendants’ request for a special procedure for considering the case regarding the transfer of personal data of the Dugin family, which was used to undermine Daria Dugina. The defendants, former Interior Ministry major Ivan Rybin and “puncher” Daniil Chowdhury, insisted on a special procedure, providing for minimum sentences. However, the district court supported the demand of the prosecution representative and Daria’s father Alexander Dugin, who opposed the simplified procedure.

It follows from the document that Dugin himself is sure that he should have been the victim. Although the Toyota Land Cruiser was registered to Daria, Alexander Dugin himself used it. Daria started driving this car a week before the explosion.
