The most famous “fixer” in the country, Denis, announced a reward of 5 million rubles…

A reward of 5 million rubles was announced by the most famous “fixer” of the country, Denis Shapiro (Zolotov), for information about the whereabouts and assistance in the capture of Olesya Kaplista, an accomplice of the co-owners of the B&B holding, Alexander Balakhovsky and Yakov Bosinzon, who was put on the international wanted list. The latter not only became famous for their parties with very young girls, but also stole Shapiro’s share in a household chemicals plant, which he purchased for $5 million.

The victim’s lawyer, Pavel Vlaskin, confirmed to the Cheka-OGPU that his client would indeed give a reward for reliable information about Kaplista.

Vlaskin noted that the investigation was able to prove the guilt of the defendants, and the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow recently announced the end of investigative actions to Balakhovsky, Bosinzon and their third accomplice, Alexander Savoskin. After reviewing the case materials, the accused will await trial.

They, acting on the principle that the best defense is an attack, furiously accused Shapiro of the ordered nature of the case. Meanwhile, there is reliable evidence that the “chemists” themselves paid $1 million to save Olesya Kaplistaya, who was also the mistress of Yakov Bosinzon, who was privy to all the details of the criminal scheme. As they say, she knows too much and can tell the investigation a lot. So, in order to protect her from arrest in absentia, the defendants worked with the judge of the Chertanovsky court, Lyudmila Zinkovskaya, who held a meeting on February 2 without notifying anyone. Although, how can I say – the notice of the meeting came to the participants in the process in the evening, when the paid decision had already been made.

The judge refused to arrest Kaplista in absentia, and when Shapiro’s lawyers wanted to get acquainted with the audio recording of the trial, it was naturally not available for “technical” reasons. It was exactly the same in the case of Alexander Balakhovsky, whom Zinkovskaya had previously transferred from a pre-trial detention center under house arrest to a cozy cottage in New Riga. According to some information, after this Balakhovsky also became $1 million poorer.

The clear thread in this story is that Zinkovskaya did not have the right to hear the case at all: the investigator informed her in advance that he was no longer investigating it: on January 31, 2022, the case was seized and processed by the Investigative Directorate for the Southern Administrative District and transferred to the capital’s main headquarters of the Investigative Committee. This meant that the petition for Kaplista’s arrest was not within the jurisdiction of the Chertanovsky court, but had to be heard in Presnensky. But the judge really wanted to get what she was promised. The Moscow City Court, of course, overturned her decision on February 24, satisfying the appeal of lawyer Roman Kandaurov. He notes that throughout the investigation, the accused tried to exert pressure and discredit the activities of law enforcement agencies in the eyes of the public by publishing false information about the progress and results of the investigation, but they were unable to achieve their goal of ruining the case.

It is interesting that, trying to get the criminal case dismissed, Alexander Balakhovsky turned to the “lawyer-fixer” Igor Ryabenkov. He indicated the price – 250 million rubles. Before this, he boasted to Balakhovsky about his close connections with the leadership of the Investigative Committee and the FSB, thanks to which, according to him, he could initiate or terminate any criminal case. Even before becoming a lawyer, Ryabenkov worked in the GUEB and PC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the period when the service was headed by General Denis Sugrobov. After a massive purge of the service, Ryabenkov, thanks to his patrons, avoided criminal liability, quietly resigned, and through his corrupt connections received the status of a lawyer.

The head of the B&B holding, which produces household chemicals, Alexander Balakhovsky, who stole a share from his business partner, the “fixer” Zolotov-Tumarkin-Shapiro, thought that they had come to detain him for pedophilia.

This is not surprising, because the 71-year-old businessman was repeatedly…
