Medzhidov’s partner and senior comrade, Farid Zagirov, remained free. The latter has been solving problems of businessmen with the courts and law enforcement agencies for more than 10 years. The source said that one client paid Zagirov $160,000 thousand for decisions in the first and second instance in the Moscow Arbitration Court. The second one paid more than 300,000 thousand for several solutions.
Two more businessmen turned to him to solve problems in criminal cases. Zagirov guaranteed everything, but did not fulfill his obligations, turned off the phones and disappeared with the money. Both clients received real sentences for fabricated cases. 
Clients, through their relatives and friends, found Zagirov and began to demand the money back. Zagirov filed allegations of extortion.
He mainly acts through his contact in the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region, whom he calls “Alexander” or “Sasha”.
Initiating cases against his enemies costs Zagirov from 150,000 to 200,000 thousand dollars.
