The Moscow City Court postponed until January 11 hearings in the case against the former prosecutor of the Zaterechny district, Olga Shvetsova. She is accused of contract murder. According to investigators, the prosecutor turned to the “authority” Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako) to kill the investigator of the Moscow Interdistrict Investigation Department for Transport, Alexander Leonov. The reason is a domestic conflict. Previously, Leonov was married to Shvetsova’s sister and they had a very difficult divorce involving the division of property. Shvetsova turned to Gagiev for help, and he decided to tie himself to the prosecutor with “blood” and gave the command to the killers to eliminate Leonov.

The investigator was killed in the west of Moscow on September 12, 2012. That evening he was returning home with his common-law wife, Judge Tatyana Adamova of the Savelovsky District Court.
Gagiev himself does not testify against Shvetsova. The charges are based, among other things, on the testimony of one of the gang members who was a participant in the crime. We publish his testimony: “They stood at the entrance to the courtyard of Leonov’s house. Yurtov R.V. He had with him a pistol with a silencer, similar to the PM pistol, which he took from his dacha in the Ramenki-1 SNT near Moscow. After some time, Leonov arrived in a Peugeot car. He radioed to Gutiev U.Kh. and Yashkin E.I. that Leonov has appeared and they can leave their places. When Leonov drove into the yard and drove to the parking lot, R.V. Yurtov. I immediately went in that direction. From the place where he stood on the motorcycle, Leonov’s Peugeot car was not visible in the parking lot. After about a minute, Yurtov R.V. returned. He sat on the back of the motorcycle and said: “everything, ready, let’s go.” He realized that Leonov had been killed, and they left.”
