The Moscow Basmanny Court has received a request from the TFR to restrict the deadline for familiarizing themselves with the materials of the case of the ex-head of the Informatization and Communication Department of the Presidential Affairs (UDP) Vitaly Nadragu. In the final edition, he was charged under the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 285 (abuse of authority) and 159 (theft by fraud).

According to investigators, in the framework of the state contract No. UD-666D, concluded by decision of the Naranus, more than 35 million rubles were stolen. We are talking about a contract for the development of software for the needs of the UDP.
Vitaly Nadrag served in the FSO, and in 2012 he moved to the UDP, where over time he became the head of the ODP informatization and connection department. Naraning quit in 2019, soon the case was opened on him.

When choosing a preventive measure, the FSB gave a “murderous” characteristic: “He owns the skills of operational-search activities, aware of the forms and methods of work of special services and law enforcement agencies, was preparing to travel abroad, sold an apartment in Moscow.”

Vitaly’s father, Vladimir Leontyevich Naranga, served in the FSB, ended up in the judicial corps along the counterintelligence line, as a result, taking the place of the judge of the Adler District Court.
