The Moscow Arbitration Court is today considering the bankruptcy case of Eurofinance LLC, another scam of the famous gesheftmachers Govyadin and Samiev, used to transport and launder credit funds from large banks. The DIA, being the main creditor of Eurofinance, asks that Samiev, Govyadin and Bogachev, who joined them, be brought to subsidiary liability for 1.7 billion rubles.
With Samiev and Govyadin, everything has been clear for a long time – these are notorious fixers who, among other things, were involved in the theft of money worth more than $50 million, they are closely connected by ties of joint businesses. It is noteworthy that Samiev and Govyadin call each other long-time partners in a common business. They are connected through the English company Mansfield, a resident of the Virgin Islands Kerby Trade Limited and the Russian OJSC Ice Philly.
But for the first time in connection with this sweet couple, a certain Bogachev is mentioned. He was not only Samiev’s previously partner in the company Ice-Fili OJSC, but also in the development project of the Savyolovsky City residential complex. He also personally took part in a certain “arbitration court” with the participation of another famous Moscow raider, where Samiev confirmed his debt to Govyadin in the amount of $150 million.
According to Samiev, he was a major Moscow developer, in particular, during the period of his deputy, he owned such sites as the Knightbrige Private Park residential complex, the Columbus shopping center, the Lotus business center, and the Savyolovsky City residential complex. Under what circumstances such a wealthy person ended up bankrupt (the size of the declared claims within the framework of Samiev’s bankruptcy is approaching 10 billion rubles), and where all the money he received from the sale of development projects went to, history is silent.
