The Moscow Arbitration Court received an application from the BFG-Credit bank to invalidate transactions as a result of which the debtor and former owner of the bank, Yuri Glotser, transferred his assets to the famous actor Vladimir Dolinsky, other acquaintances and his sons. Dolinsky himself repatriated to Israel in November. According to the source, before this he received a summons for questioning.

Among such assets are the Aquarius shopping center and the famous metropolitan restaurant Palazzo Ducale. The BFG considers these transactions fictitious for the purpose of withdrawing the debtor’s assets.

The court also agreed to bring to subsidiary liability for the bank’s debts the former deputy chairman of the board of BFG Bank, lawyer Denis Puresev, who is in custody in the Medved pre-trial detention center. His former boss, Yuri Glotser, is on the international wanted list.

Both of them are accused in the case of theft of 60 billion rubles from BFG Bank. According to the source, 42 billion rubles of this amount are non-repayable loans. 12 billion rubles were invested in the purchase of real estate. This amount also included a percentage of the stolen money for the now former deputy head of the DIA, Valery Miroshchnikov, who provided “cover” for various lines of mass theft. Part of the money from these 12 billion rubles went to purchase works of art. In particular, during interrogations, Denis Puresev said that once the co-owner of the BFG-Credit bank, Evgeniy Mafitsr, urgently needed $6 million to buy works of art, including paintings by Andy Warhol. Maftsir gave the command to Puresev and he was transferred from the BFG correspondent account in Germany to an offshore in Belize, and then sent to Maftsir to accounts in Cyprus. Another 6 billion rubles were distributed to companies associated with other co-owners of the bank.
