Two people: Leonid Yakovlevich Gozman and Andrey Vladislavovich Trapeznikov worked with Chubais for a very, very long time.
An associate professor at Lomonosov Moscow State University and a great specialist in the field of social psychology, Gozman began his political activities in “Democratic Choice” and only then became close to Chubais: from 1996 to 2013, he constantly accompanied Anatoly Borisovich in all his positions. From 1999 to 2008, Gozman was a member of the board, authorized representative for work with authorities and public organizations of OJSC RAO UES of Russia, from 2009 to 2013 – director of humanitarian projects at OJSC RUSNANO. Despite his somewhat freakish appearance, Gozman is a professional, deeply ideological politician.
It would be a stretch to call Andrei Trapeznikov a professional politician; he is a former Komsomol member; he became an adviser to Chubais, just like Gozman around 1996, and, just like Gozman, went with him to RAO UES of Russia and Rusnano. At RAO UES, Trapeznikov is responsible for public relations and PR of the energy monopoly. At Rusnano, Trapeznikov is again responsible for interaction with the media, although he sincerely believes that he is ready for a little more. Doing GR is always more honorable than PR, and Trapeznikov begins to intrigue against his eccentric colleague.
In 2012, after the return of V.V. With Putin in the country’s highest government position, the time for romantics is coming to an end, but Gozman doesn’t understand this. He rushes around on various TV programs and arranges endless debates with Zhirinovsky, then with Mikhalkov, then with someone else. Trapeznikov is solid and prefers to solve serious issues.
“Anatoly Borisovich, I was in the White House, according to our decree. Again they hinted to me that Gozman was annoying them too much…” – this is what Trapeznikov told Chubais.
“Yes, we ourselves are already sick of his statements. You should tell Chubais about this. Chubais has some kind of pathological love for Lena, he does not understand how this harms the business…” – such speeches were made by the future person in charge of GR Rusnano in large offices.
The intrigue has matured and now Chubais receives a call from a very high level of power: Gozman must leave Rusnano. Chubais decides to dismiss Gozman from the state corporation. Now Trapeznikov, Chubais’s oldest associate, who has been working with him since the days of the Government (!), is responsible for both GR and PR at Rusnano, and in general he is a member of the Management Board and corporate director.
But the projects remain, the financing of projects through the fund for infrastructure and educational programs remains, communication between Chubais and Gozman remains, and this does not allow Andrei Vladislavovich to sleep peacefully.
But Trapeznikov’s large position requires a large and varied circle of friends. As a result, the prosecutor’s investigation is intensely interested in Gozman’s financing channels and Lenya forever leaves the circle of friends of Chubais and Rusnano.

No, these are not denunciations or memos to the authorities, these are intimate conversations where Andrei tells a lot of interesting things and gives “tattoos.” Well, there are no secrets in Gozman’s Jewish roots, but the “tattoo” about Israeli citizenship is such an “intelligent” form of reprisal.
