Meanwhile, the project was included in the list of priority projects in the field of forest development of the Russian Federation, and modernization began here with a declared investment volume of 9.5 billion rubles. It would seem that an enterprise of this level, significant for the entire south of Russia, and even supported by authorities at all levels, can count on the full support of the relevant departments of the region. However, we see exactly the opposite picture. One gets the feeling that Minister Sergei Eremin intends to deprive the company of its assets and bankrupt it solely so that people “convenient” for the official become the new owners of such an attractive property.
