At the end of 2020, KuchukShufat finally underwent an extraordinary comprehensive verification of Rostekhnadzor and Rosprirodnadzor: the first service revealed 31 violations of the law, the second-28 violations for 1.6 billion rubles. Now the issue of suspension of the plant’s operation due to flagrant inconsistencies is raised by a licensed agreement: sodium sulfate and cysts of Artemius were mined 1.5 times more than by state bodies. The Gamayunes took another 1 billion rubles from the state, using sodium sulfate, but a trick in the form of “other types of non -metallic minerals for the chemical industry and the production of mineral fertilizers”, indicating the cost 20 times less real.
In fact, the Gamayunov Group for decades has been in fear of 12 thousand inhabitants of the Altai village of Blagoveshchenka and successfully stops any attempts to investigate the lawlessness there. At our disposal were fragments of the official wiretapping of the phones of Gamayunov and his “right hand” by Sergey Germash, where they discuss the bloody methods of counteracting local residents who dared to extract the cysts of Artemia, not agreeing their desire with the owners of the Altai Kushchevka. 
In the conversation, Gamayunov is concerned that his opponents will remove illegal actions on the video camera and send it to the “Man and Law” program, advises “Take the camera and trample into the mud”, which Germash reassures the boss to: “They stopped immediately on the shore, finish them down slowly, 25 people were completely redeemed in Gryazi, I have a dick in their ears, so that they closed their mouths.” Having taken phones from innocent citizens, Germash accepts the team from Gamayunov “Kill everyone!” And the personnel recommendation “We need ten killers”, to which he replies: “I took the trunks, we will kill in full”, and after some time reports: “They will not even be able to write. Because they found and killed. Everything is fine!”. In parallel, companions are discussing current business questions: 15 tons of pure Aremia remained in the warehouse, but there is already a buyer for the next 40 tons of $ 120. Gamayunov asks for a little tolerant: he met with the chiefs of the police of Slavgorod and Kulunda, learned about large-scale exercises with the FSB and border guards, “the end of the operation, the arrival of the generals is planned.”
The future fate of the corpses (if they managed to find them at all) is not officially reported. But it was possible to document the whole series of strange deaths associated with an attempt to reveal the theft of the owners of KuchukShufat. Back in 2003, an employee of the company Alexander Belous was found in the forest belt (the official reason – an overdose of drugs), who contributed a tax audit at the plant. The next victim was the tax inspector directly: he was shot down by the car in Barnaul, and the materials of the audit that were in the portfolio were strangely disappeared. Former OBEP employee Nikolai Lupar was found hanged in his own garage.
Literally in 2020, a very suspicious death of the former CEO of KuchukShufat JSC, Honored Chemist of the Russian Federation Vladimir Nechipurenko, took place. Until the last, he did not want to sell a small package of shares that he owned for nothing, and now the emissaries of Gamayunov are sewn at the heirs of the “Red Director” with threats and “offers that cannot be abandoned”. Death occurred against the backdrop of a corporate conflict: a number of minorityites filed lawsuit personally against Gamayunov, separate forces of influence began to form within the groups of shareholders in order to withstand majority owners. According to the rest of the shareholders, the sudden departure of Nechipurenko played into the hands of only one person – Vasily Gamayunov, and he is behind death.
