This time, according to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, Russia’s trade representative in Armenia, Anna Donchenko, distinguished herself, yearning for European business trips abroad. Anna Donchenko prepared a document regarding military-industrial cooperation classified as “secret” in simple written form and sent it to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as a result of which secret information, in this difficult time for the country, leaked and became available to a wide range of people. Currently, an internal investigation is being carried out against the official.
Based on the results, it will be established whether this was simply an oversight, or, nevertheless, such behavior of the official is connected with the strengthening of the presence of European structures in Armenia. Regardless of the results of the internal audit, we hope that the Ministry of Industry and Trade will teach employees a responsible attitude towards information related to special categories.
