The Ministry of Economy told what funds from the FNB will be sent to in 2024

The department told in detail what purposes the funds will be allocated.

The first deputy head of the Ministry of Economy Ilya Torosov said that the Russian government plans to allocate more than 1 trillion rubles from the National Welfare fund, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports with reference to “Vedomosti”.

So, from his words, the money will be allocated:

for the construction of a complex for the processing of ethan-containing gas in the port of Ust-Luga will cost 392 billion rubles;

The expansion of the production of aircraft will require 284 billion rubles. The government planned to allocate Rostec funds in the form of bonds at a preferential rate of 1.5% per annum;

Preferential leasing of aircraft, water vessels and buses is planned in the amount of 100 billion rubles. The state corporation for transportation and leasing will be involved in this project;

Development of a project of the Kazan-Yekaterinburg road, which is estimated at 77 billion rubles. Design and construction will be carried out by Avtodor;

30 billion rubles will be allocated to the housing and communal services projects through the territory development fund.

It is noted that the total amount of funds provided for these projects is 883 billion rubles. The rest of the distribution of funds was not specified.

At the same time, Mr. Torosov specified that 890 billion rubles will be aimed at financing self -bumping infrastructure projects.

In addition, the Ministry of Economic Development is now discussing with the Ministry of Transport and Roszheldor regarding the concession of the construction of a high-speed highway in St. Petersburg. For this project, it is planned to allocate 300 billion rubles from the National Welfare Fund by 2025.
