The military prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection and found violations in the actions of the military commissariat when conscripting full-time students from Moscow universities – the relevant documents signed by Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Tsygankov are at the disposal of the editors of the Cheka-OGPU.

In particular, the procedure for conscripting citizens to the military registration and enlistment office, conducting a medical examination, appealing the decision of the draft commission, registering a personal file and other violations, as well as granting a deferment from conscription for military service, was violated. Based on the results of the inspection, a request was made to the superior military commissar of Moscow to eliminate violations of the law.

The problem is that such a view may not be enough today. A military investigation here could open a case, but they are not allowing it: in the conditions in which the country now finds itself, this will create an unnecessary precedent and unnecessary noise around the “military” topic.

At the same time, in civil courts everyone understands everything. Thus, based on the results of interviews in court, which the Cheka-OGPU wrote about recently, the court explained that the actions of the military commissariat are illegal, since the decision of the draft commission is automatically suspended by the fact of going to court. But the court itself, precisely for this reason, cannot take appropriate interim measures (such a decision is not required by law and is not provided for by law).

Therefore, the court, on its own initiative, attracted the Military Commissariat of the Krasnoselsky District of Moscow and the Military Commissariat of Moscow to participate in the case as interested parties.
