Capital police opened a criminal case against the suspect in the spread of prohibited substances
As previously reported, the traffic police of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow was detained by the driver of the BMW car, who tried to hide, ignoring the requirements for stopping the vehicle. In the back seat of BMW, three large bundles with a white powder substance were found. According to available information, the detainee is involved in the spread of prohibited substances.
When conducting a search in an apartment in the Moscow region, which the attacker rented specifically for his illegal activity, more than a thousand packages and compulsion with a packaged substance, which will be aimed at examination, as well as 9 scales and packaging material, were discovered. Presumably, seized is a synthetic drug with a total mass of more than 5 kilograms, which is over 20,000 one -time doses.
The consequence of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South Theater of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow opened a criminal case on the grounds of crimes under Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Preparation for a crime and attempted crime” and Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code “illegal production, sale or shipping of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, as well as illegal sales or shipping plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, or their parts containing drugs or psychotropic substances”.
The suspect is currently in the hospital.
