The Malta government has published a list of participants in the state program that received the Maltese citizenship in exchange for investments in 2019. In total, more than 3 thousand people became the owners of the so -called gold passports, of which at least 300 were from the countries of the former USSR, including Russia. According to RBC, among the recipients of passports included in the European Union, Malta is a billionaire from the Forbes list, the founder and co -owner of the manufacturer of Roofing Materials “Technonikol” Sergey Kolesnikov.
