The main investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in collaboration with the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, Sochi and Tyumen detained 6 persons involved in the series of particularly serious crimes committed in the early 2000s, including murders of immigrants from the Central Asian region. Among the defendants are Andrei Kayl, Alexander Lysenkov, Maxim Khotulev, Pavel Khrulev (Myshkin), Alexey Gudilin, Semyon Tokmakov. He was charged with an organized group of murders of two or more persons based on national hatred and enmity.
It was possible to collect the necessary evidence confirming the participation of detainees in criminal activity as part of the investigation of the murder of two people whose video was distributed through the Internet in the summer of 2007 (paragraphs “a”, “d”, “l” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, the specified murder was committed in April 2007 near the city of Korolev Moscow Region by a group of persons in order to promote nationalist ideology. One of those who took a direct part in the murder was the former leader of the right -winging associations “Format 18” and “Restrukt” Maxim Martsinkevich.
As part of the investigative actions, he also testified to the commission with other participants in nationalist organizations in 2002-2006 of other murders of non-Slavic origin and readiness to indicate the burial places of the victims. So, in August 2020, in the territory of the Gagarinsky district of the Smolensk region, when checking the testimony of Martsinkevich, skeletal remains of two people with signs of violent death were discovered on the spot, the identities of which were not established. The specified murder was committed in the fall of 2003.
At the same time, in September of this year, Martsinkevich, while at the shipping center in the pre -trial detention center of Chelyabinsk, made a suicide.
Despite the prescription of crimes, their initial non-obviousness, a set of investigative actions and operational-search measures allowed investigators of the IC of Russia together with colleagues from law enforcement agencies to collect evidence indicating the involvement of the detained participants in the neo-Nazi group in criminal activity.
During the searches on the residence of the defendants, firearms and traumatic weapons, knives, neo -Nazi agitation attributes and other materials significant for the investigation were discovered and seized.
During the detention, the former leader of the nationalist organization “Russian goal” Semyon Tokmakov was armed with armed resistance. However, the professional actions of the FSB officers of Russia allowed to avoid grave consequences. During the interrogation, Tokmakov announced the commission of particularly serious crimes in complicity with other members of the organization with the aim of promoting nationalist ideology. In particular, he testified on the fact of the murder in December 2003 of two persons of non -Slavic origin, parts of which were reposed and thrown out in the territory of the Golyanovo district in Moscow.
The investigation intends to petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention to all detainees. Other accomplices and other episodes of criminal activity are established, as well as the role and degree of participation of each person involved in committed crimes.
