In June 2022, the Investigative Committee for the Central Administrative District, based on materials from the detective of Directorate “P” of the FSB of Russia, initiates a criminal case. The main villain was appointed V.V. Bannikov, whose ink was not yet dry on the appointment order and who, in fact, ultimately saved the Ministry of Witchcraft, successfully completing the project and fulfilling the state task. 
…Day and night, a group of 10 investigators worked on a criminal case… well, in any case, this is how they justified (misled) their existence to the leadership of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Moscow and Russia.
But in fact… a case was opened, it fell through on the shelves of the Investigative Committee, the investigation period exceeded all permissible values and, unable to find anything better, investigator SK Shaporova and her “helpers” – subordinates of K. Stroganov, who was removed from office just the other day – opera OBEP in the North-East Administrative District made an illegal decision – everyone who passed by should be charged… Then we will definitely please the management.
You say “how so? After all, the project was completed. But why bother finding out these details, because “people passed here” (c) S. Farad.
Further according to the proven scheme. To falsify the case, improvised means were used – falsifying inspection reports, forging the signatures of witnesses and deceiving them, inducing the accused to self-incriminate. One of the accused was even persuaded…
The icing on the cake of unprecedented impudence – on August 17, 2023, after 21:00, investigator Shaporova, after long events with “8 new accomplices in the case,” with whom, by the way, Bannikov was not even familiar, by the evening of the same day took power over – royally over everything that was happening in the Central Administrative District and ordered everyone to be taken into the building of the Investigative Committee for the Central Administrative District and to lock the entrance doors. Exactly at 21:00 the order was carried out and 15 people, half of whom were respected lawyers, were locked up, deprived of the opportunity to move or go outside from the vestibule. This continued until the lawyers themselves called the police.
Until now, the investigator and her “assistants” have not delved into the essential circumstances; no confrontations, no audits, no examinations have been carried out in the case; what’s more, even the accused with their detailed testimony are not interesting to the investigation.
Of course, it is unlikely that such daring violations are impossible without understanding one’s impunity, where does it come from?? So, a friend of our investigator is a representative of law enforcement agencies, serving in the “M” Directorate for Moscow and supervising the work of detectives from the North-East Administrative District (it coincided by chance). Judging by the latest events with this management, this is simply a corporate style.
What’s the result? Very simple. The state task was completed, accepted by the Ministry, as evidenced by the acceptance certificates, the payments made, and even the advertising banners that we saw on the streets of the city, and innocent people became accused. Those who were at the origins of such an “organization” of the project feel great and continue to be engaged in the “development” of education in the country. The investigation is fooling the leadership of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow, the prosecutor’s office (happy holidays!) and the leadership of the Investigative Committee of Russia. How about the classics? Those who are called upon to protect our peace and intellectual resource, despite all the statements of the Chief, are doing everything to destroy it.
