The main customer of the services of Mikhailova is the State Budgetary Institution of the RS (I) “Salvation Service of the RS (Y)”, which belongs and is sponsored by the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of Yakutia. The fact that the company won tenders, despite the fact that it supplied fuel at high prices indicates that this business was “roofing” at the level of the government of the republic.

Therefore, the goal of Mikhailova, of course, is not participation in the tea business, but the profit from the sale of land received as a result of the raider seizure.
290 hectares on the right of long -term lease until 2056 at the market value of land in 2017 were estimated in the amount of about two billion rubles. Mikhailova planned to sell them for 500 million.
