In the early 2000s, Timur Sattarov was appointed director of Manto LLC and even received a share in the company. The share was transferred to his wife and grew to 45%, but the controlling stake belonged to Tatyana Medvedeva. A criminal case was opened against Tatyana Medvedeva under Article 210 of the Criminal Code. Frightened by the arrest, Medvedeva was forced to leave, and Medvedeva’s share in the business suddenly went to Sergei Mishin, and was sold from him to the mysterious businesswoman Galina Kiryutenko, born in 1941.

Sergei Repnikov, whom Sattarov invited to replace himself as director of Manto LLC, told investigators in detail how he received documents from Grebenyuk about the alleged sale of Medvedeva’s share. Repnikov pointed out that he became a victim of his own trust, since he had friendly relations with Sattarov, Grebenyuk and their trusted lawyer Evgeny Leontyev. Experts have confirmed that Medvedeva’s signature on the documents on the sale of a stake in the business is a fake.
