The leader of the “Earthlings” group, Vladimir Kiselev, blasted to smithereens the “ideologists” from the departments for internal policy and public projects from Staraya Square (previously the names Novikov, Kleshchev, Zharich, Zhuravsky were named) and officials from the Ministry of Culture.
