Shadiev, an employee who at that time is in a pre-trial detention center and is then found guilty for the same bribes under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (case No. 22-6744/2108 you can look), then Comrade Vertiy, for his help in the successful non-implementation of the State contract on his territory, leaves Rosgeologia with a whole bag of money in 145 million rubles and, without even really hiding it, distributes them among his subordinates for collective success, there are plenty of such stories. Well, now he decided to go further and higher, and obviously, under the patronage of his leader, Petrov.
The point is this: a competition is being held for the liquidation of old oil wells using government money. You can see everything about this purchase by its number – No. 0121100008822000003 on the official website of government procurement. The price of this lot is no less than 4 billion rubles, yes, the amount in words is four billion of our domestic rubles. For some reason, this purchase is being carried out, regardless of the amount, not in Moscow, but on the territory. To carry out the work, two applications are submitted – JSC Rosgeologiya and LLC Service Prom Komplektatsiya. At the same time, it should be immediately said that Rosgeo JSC has repeatedly carried out similar government contracts for the abandonment of wells by order of Rosnedra, and Service Prom Komplektatsiya LLC is essentially the office of that same Shadiev, closely associated with Vertiy.
And then, apparently, Vertiy decided that the bag with 145 million from Rosgeo was not enough and he would try to take away several billion rubles from it and share it with Petrov. To do this, during the period of this competition, Vertiy repeatedly visits the capital and discusses this idea in detail with Petrov, and then they implement it. In the application evaluation protocol (No. 0121100008822000003) Rosgeologiya gives 0 points according to the criterion of equipment availability!!!
That is, neither the equipment with which they previously performed similar work nor the equipment worth 12 billion rubles that the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance procured for them as part of the “Geology – Revival of a Legend” initiative is all complete zero and does not count towards the credit?! And hurray – the Vertia office with Shadiev are at the finish line, and together with Petrov they are already sharing a multi-billion dollar jackpot.
True, their division was stopped by the FAS based on a complaint from Rosgeo, the complaint was recognized as justified and then the competition was repeated again and Rosgeo won. But this does not matter, since such actions are taken, and the head of Rosnedra takes such steps. And there were no checks on the actions actually carried out. But we believe that this issue needs to be checked in detail, to understand these facts and measures should be taken by those supervising the work of the head of the agency V.V. Abramchenko and A.A. Kozlov. The Prosecutor’s Office and the Investigative Committee will also pay due attention to these points!
We are sure that this is unacceptable and everyone should get what they deserve, and not a bag of money with millions and billions of rubles.
