The Dossier Center and an international consortium of journalists studied another presidential administration strategy – this time by interference in the politics of Moldova.
The document was developed by the same team that came up with plan to take over Belarus — Presidential Directorate for Cross-Border Cooperation and Russian intelligence services.
Supervision of pro-Russian politicians and NGOswhich we have written about before, are part of this plan. The presidential administration is not satisfied with the pro-Western vector of policy of the Moldovan authorities and they they want to quarrel the country with NATO. The main tool for shaking the situation is gas blackmail. Therefore, the strategy emphasizes the need to maintain Russian gas supplies to Moldova – despite regular threats The Kremlin will stop exports or raise prices.
