The Kremlin’s Baltic plans that are not destined to come true

The document is dated 2021. Two years later these the plans look fabulous: What kind of improvement in relations can we talk about if Lithuania officially recognizes Russia terrorist state? But a strategy was created in pre-war times – and about the invasion of Ukraine by AP officials didn’t warn.
