The Hudermmes City Court of the Chechen Republic on July 21, 2017 examined a civil case on the claim of the former right of the right of the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation Muravyev Ivan Alekseevich against Drachuk Konstantin Aleksandrovich, the counter claim of Drachuk against the payment of the price of the company “Companing Industiza LTD” (established on the territory of the British Virgin Islands) rubles. This decision was left without a change in the decision of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic of January 19, 2018 and served as the basis for the bankruptcy of Mr. Muravyov and the sale of his property worth ten times the amount of imaginary debt.
But the leadership of the Supreme Court of Russia saw the grounds for revising these decisions
The case of Muravyov’s lawsuit against Drachuk, which was initiated for the purposes of bankruptcy of Muravyov in the lawsuit of Drachuk, was returned to a new consideration in the Gudermes City Court, and the most important case on the lawsuit of Drachuk to Muravyov was transferred to the Nikulinsky district court of Moscow. 
Thus, the Russian Supreme Court questioned the whole work of the Gudermes court in general.

Chuvilin at one time was an adviser to Kadyrov and an influential decisor has not yet been detained by the FSB of the Russian Federation for demanding $ 5 million from the banker Oleg Kuzmin.
Chuvilin had long been released, managed to light up in the case of the raid of the FSB special forces at the underground exchange point, and became a witness in the Landromat case. At the same time, in this case there is an indication of Oleg Kuzmin both on Chuvilin and Drachuk.
