According to Sidorkina, all participants in the attack on the anti -fascist moved to Moscow from the republics of the North Caucasus shortly before tragic events.
The lawyer of Sidorkin believes that the attackers can leave Moscow and hide in the territory of the Caucasian republics.
The attacked immigrants from Chechnya and Ingushetia – Saikhan Adaeva, Akhmed Guloev, Ibrahim Baliev and Aslakhan Sadaev – were charged with serious harm to the health group (part 3 of article 111 of the Criminal Code). According to this article, they face up to 12 years in prison. Only one of them – Guloev – is charged with causing death by negligence (Article 109 of the Criminal Code).
The sanction under this article is up to two years of forced or correctional work, or restriction or imprisonment for the same period.
Earlier, the investigation took the position of defense of the accused and planned to be charged with articles on arbitrariness and causing death by negligence. Sidorkina then explained that the fact of arbitrariness is very difficult to prove and the defendants can evade responsibility. After that, the investigation promised not to soften the accusation.
