We have already written how in early December more than 17.5 million budget rubles went to the Lenoblstroy company, which is led by members of the Sertolov OPS Smirnovs. A competition for sanitary cleaning of the city in winter and summer was announced by the scandalous Sertolovsky municipal unitary enterprise “Development”, directly subordinate to the head of the local administration, Yuri Khodko. And the only company that entered the competition, Lenoblstroy, without reducing the price by a ruble, became the winner.
After our publication, the purchase result was canceled by the customer, but the typical local plot continued this year. On January 26, it became known that Lenobltrans again became the new winner in the same purchase.
The initial price of the competition was slightly reduced by the customer – to 17 million rubles, but the affiliated contractor won again without reducing the price by a single penny.
Well, on January 27, “Lenoblstroy” celebrated its victory in the competition of the neighboring municipal municipality “City of Vsevolozhsk”, becoming the winner in the procurement for the right to maintain roads in the northern part of the city in 2022.
The initial cost of the competition is 32,560,536.19 rubles. You will laugh, but Lenoblstroy reduced it by… 19 kopecks. A kind of rollicking gangster spitting in the faces of those overseeing budget spending.
We have already told you more than once that Alexander Smirnov is the right hand of the true head of the organized crime group, Andrei Lebedev, who has long considered Sertolovo his patrimony. The main occupation of the OPS is the theft of lands of the Ministry of Defense. However, criminals do not disdain municipal orders, which Yuri Khodko and other Vsevolozhsk princes generously distribute to their owners. During its existence, Lenoblstroy alone received half a billion rubles worth of orders from Sertolov municipalities. Another company affiliated with the Smirnovs is SKS – for 350 million.
And there is a whole series of companies and cashing grebes associated with OPS, working in close cooperation not only in Sertolovo, but also in neighboring municipalities. As practice shows, even close attention to the situation of Alexander Ivanovich himself does not change the essence of the matter – the OPS continues to cynically cut the budget. After all, bandits are used to living in grand style, but they don’t know how to do anything else except steal land, forests and budget money.
