The Investigative Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation appealed to the Lefortovo Court of Moscow with a request to extend the deadline for the arrest to the director of the RANEPA Igor Barstsa. As the Cheka-OGPU found out, Bartsitz himself filed a request for the conclusion of the pre-trial agreement on cooperation, completely compensated for the damage and pledged to repay the damage in case of increasing its size. He also fully pleaded guilty in the incriminated act and promises to give detailed indications and in every possible way to assist the investigation. Therefore, defenders believe that Barcitsa can choose a preventive measure not related to being in jail.
However, the FSB insists that Barcitsa cannot be released, since it is necessary to “establish all persons involved in the commission of the crimes invested” (hello to the RANEPA RANEPER Vladimir MAU), as well as since Barcitz may hide from the investigation. The last statement is not built from scratch. Rector of the RANEPA Vladimir Mau, his friend’s friend “Right Hand”, Vice-Rector of the RANEPA and the Rector of the All-Russian External Trade Academy Sergei Sinelnikov-Murylev, Vershov’s financial vice-rector, the arrested director of the Ranchina State Service Igor Barshor, have a residence permit in France and real estate in this country.
