Agadzhanyan insisted that Pavlik’s guards were to blame for the incident, including an employee of the Russian Guard Dmitry Jacobson, supposedly they were the first to grab the weapon and opened fire. However, the examination showed that there were no shots from the Jacobson pistol at all. As a result, the case materials took for further investigation the already central apparatus of the TFR. Shortly before the end of investigative actions, criminal cases against the special forces and guards of Pavlik were terminated with the wording “due to the lack of corpus delicti.” After that, Levon Agadzhanyan, along with a group of colleagues, wrote a dismissal report.
Now Agadzhanyan says in interrogations that errors could be related to workload.
The other heroes of this corruption history were much more lucky-the ex-prosecutor of the Moscow Region Semen Yakubov and the ex-Zamicar of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee in Moscow by Sergei Sinyagovsky. The investigators found that Gabriel Yushvaev allocated $ 5 million to ensure that the Boynea case in Moscow-Sym would turn against the guards (including fighters of the Russian Guard) of the authority of Dmitry Pavlov (Pavlika).
Initially, Yushvaev turned to his protege for help in the prosecutor’s system – deputy prosecutor of the Moscow Region Semen Yakubov, who had trusting relations with the then deputy prosecutor’s then Vladimir Malinovsky. Yakubov launched active activity in this direction, but the FSB officers of the Russian Federation found out about this and did an explanatory work with him. After that, there were no many people who wanted to solve for Makhachkala. Then Shagor Stepanyan (son of the famous Moscow developer Gennady Shagorovich Stepanyan) took up the work. Stepanyan is friendly with the then investigator in this case Levon Agadzhanyan. As a result, Shagor left $ 2 million to himself, and Agadzhanyan offered $ 3 million. He understood that without leadership, the plan would not test and “brought” the theme of the deputy chief of the GSU SKR in Moscow Sinyagovsky.
Sergei Sinyagovsky covered the arrested investigator Agadzhanyan and admitted that he had not fulfilled the instructions of the prosecutor’s office. Now Sergey Sinyagovsky (the son of a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vladimir Sinyagovsky) is trying to protect his subordinate and himself during interrogations. In particular, he explains the actions of Agadzhanyan not corruption, but that both sides of the conflict “cleaned up” the place of shootout.
As for the seeds of Yakubov, he was forced to leave the organs, but successfully settled down, the head of the large “daughter” of Rostec.
