He was brought to Moscow in connection with the murder in 2007 of two natives of Tajikistan and Dagestan. The name Martsinkevich appeared in connection with this story from the very beginning, since 2007. Why did no one touch him for 13 years in connection with this story? It’s simple. In the special services, those who actually dealt with the topic of nationalists for many years knew their development – Tesak is not a killer. He’s definitely not a positive hero. But Martsinkevich never killed anyone. In this regard, he was not dangerous.
And the ideological inspirer and organizer of the murders was another NSO leader, Dmitry Rumyantsev. But he has become an untouchable figure and is building a good career. Until recently, he was an assistant to State Duma deputy from the LDPR Ivanov. As a result, only Tesak remained, on whom they decided to pin everything that Rumyantsev and other more frostbitten, but unattainable nationalists had done. Tesak was unlucky with the operas who took him on. They wanted to open all the hangings at the expense of one Cleaver. These operas are like cats that got a mouse. For many years they tormented and strangled her, sometimes they pretended to let her go, and then they returned to their old ways. Until the mouse died.
And here is the official version: the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee has completed the investigation of the criminal case against Maxim Martsinkevich, Semyon Tokmakov, Pavel Khrulev, Alexey Gudilin, Alexander Lysenkov, Andrei Kayl and Maxim Khotulev. Depending on the role of each, they are charged with Part 2 Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons, committed with particular cruelty, by a group of persons, motivated by national hatred).
It was established that in the fall of 2003, Martsinkevich and his accomplices, who were members of the nationalist organization led by Tokmakov, committed the murder of two people in the Smolensk region in order to spread its ideology.
In December of the same year, the accused committed the murder of two people in the Sergiev Posad district of the Moscow region. After that, they sent appeals to the embassies of a number of states about intolerance towards foreign citizens.
In addition, in 2007, on the territory of the Mytishchi Park of the Losiny Island National Park, Martsinkevich, Marshakov, Korotkikh and Aristarkhov committed the murder of a native of the Republic of Dagestan and an unidentified person, and then published a video of the crime on the Internet.
