(wife Romanova I.B.), Khorev A.Yu., Feldman J., Polishchuk K.E., Bondyaev D.A., Mordovich A.V., Moroz S.V., Evgeny Vasiliev, Anatoly Vlasov and others. In their actions, signs of the corpus delicti stipulated by Art. 160, 170, 171, 210, part 4 of Art. 159, part 4 of Art. 174.1, part 3 of Art. 327, part 2 of Art. 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The former head of the notorious raider seizures in the late 90s-the beginning of the “zero” company “Rosbuilding” Sergey Gordeev, as it turned out, was preparing to redeem the shopping complex “Three Whale” in Odintsovo-apparently for the implementation of development projects.
