The investigating authorities of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia for the State Medical University of the IC of Russia in the Moscow Region have been charged with the acting chief of the IVS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Istra. He is accused of abuse of authority (paragraph “c” of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), which led to an escape 5 people from custody.
According to the investigation, the acting head of the temporary detention isolator ordered subordinate employees to place the accused in one criminal case together in one chamber. Thus, they had the opportunity to communicate with each other, to develop the position of their protection in order to complicate the course of investigation of the criminal case, and in the future, it is consideration in court, as well as develop a plan for committing a crime – an escape from custody. Also, Alexander Mavridi was illegally moved into this camera. In addition, the accused admitted the opening of the so -called “feeders” – the doors of the chambers for the transfer of food products.
During the interrogation of the investigator, the employee fully pleaded guilty. The court against the accused was elected a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions.
