The insurance company will deal with the supplier of counterfeit medical products “TK Nika Dent” of Alexey Gersht.
For more than 10 years, Moscow entrepreneur Alexey Gersht has been making money on the domestic market for dental products by selling counterfeit products. The first time he was caught was in 2016, when, after checking the GUEBiPK Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee
controlled by him Kronos-Medical opened a criminal case under Article 238.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Then not only counterfeit products were found in the warehouses, but also counterfeit products.

In 2014, his other company, Nika Dent Plus, was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. After that, all the companies were liquidated, but soon new ones appeared, TK Nika Dent LLC, Eurotype Rus LLC, with founding nominees, but with the same “president” of TK Nika Dent, Alexey Gersht.
The scheme is simple: the products of Japanese manufacturers are purchased in third countries and imported, bypassing distributors, as “gray” imports without any labeling. Moreover, goods pass through customs as non-medical products. Often they make a so-called admixture, mixing partially genuine, purchased from distributors, and counterfeit products.
Now, regarding Gersht’s new “gasket” “TK Nika Dent”, an appeal has been submitted to the Investigative Committee with a request to conduct an inspection under 3 articles of the Criminal Code, Art. 180, art. 238.1 and Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud”), and apparently the main counterfeiter of medical products will again have to close his shops and change his “face.”
