The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation approved the indictment in the criminal case against Alexander Korkin, Alexei Sobolev, Lev Pakhomov, Rinat Yusupov and Viner Sharipova. They are accused of committing crimes under Part 1, part 3 of Art. 210, p.p. “A”, “B” of Part 3 of Art. 193.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the commission of foreign exchange transactions in foreign currency to the accounts of non -residents using forged documents, on a particularly large scale, as part of a criminal community).
According to the investigation, no later than June 2013, in Moscow and Chisinau (Republic of Moldova), the owner of BC Moldindconbank SA (JSC KB “Moldindkonbank”) Vyacheslav Plato, together with entrepreneurs Vladimir Plakhotnyuk and Alexander Korkin, created a criminal community for an unlawful withdrawal of funds from the Russian Federation. Elena Platon, director of the Treasury of the Moldinbank JSC, the owner of the European Express, Oleg Kuzmin, the co -owners of OJSC Russian Land Bank OJSC, branch of OJSC, OJSC of Kreditbank, Alexander Grigoryev and Beslan Bulguchev, and managers of these trespemines of these treasurers, OJSC of the Russian Land Bank, were involved in its composition. banks Rinat Yusupov and Wiener Sharipova, as well as Alexey Sobolev and Lev Pakhomov. 
From June 2013 to May 2014, the accomplices performed illegal foreign exchange transactions in foreign currency from the accounts of these Russian credit organizations to the bank accounts of the non -resident – JSC of the Moldinbank CC with the provision of knowingly forgery documents in the amount of more than 126 billion rubles.
The investigation was carried out by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
After the approval of the indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Tver District Court of Moscow for consideration on the merits.
Earlier, Elena Plato, Alexander Grigoryev and Oleg Kuzmin were already sentenced to various sentences.
In relation to other participants in the criminal community, the investigation continues.
