In the Moscow City Court there were three vacancies of deputy chairman. One of them was claimed by the Chairman of the College in Criminal Affairs Lyubov Ishmuratov and Mikhail Panarin, who left the post of deputy chairman in September. Panarin recalled his candidacy. The Armed Forces supported the candidacy of Ishmuratova.
According to the source close to the former leadership of the Moscow City Court, Ishmuratov, the deputy chairman of Dmitry Fomin, is resigned, is one of the most close to him. It was Fomin, who had a strong influence on Olga Egorov, who ensured the ascent of Ishmuratova from a simple judge to the chairman of the judicial board for criminal cases of the Moscow City Court and the appointment of it by the chairman of the qualification collegium of judges. Thus, the formally resigned Fomin remains a gray cardinal, still able to actively influence Mikhail Ptitsyn’s personnel policy on the formation of the judicial corps of Moscow and the adoption of the court decisions he needed.
There were also two applicants for the second vacancy in the Moscow City Court – Alexei Ivanov and Oleg Pometelnikov. The Armed Forces supported the candidacy of Ivanov.
And here, too, nothing surprising. In fact, the issues of the appointment of the deputies of the chairman of the Moscow City Court, Mikhail Ptitsyn, was dealt with by Alexander Gusev, the head of the judicial department, and Anatoly Bondar, the chairman of the 2nd ksom, whose influence before Olga Egorova left his post on law enforcement practice in Moscow and the city leadership was negligible. It is Anatoly Bondar who lobbies the appointment of his subordinate Alexei Ivanov to the post of deputy chairman of the Moscow City Court for civil matters.
Maxim Ivchenko wanted to occupy the third vacancy in the Moscow City Court. This is a person directly by Mikhail Ptitsyn. Of course, he wanted one of his deposits in criminal cases, but it did not work out. Ivchenko former deputy for the Southern District Military Court of Ptitsyn himself.
It was also approved that the question of the resignation of the deputy chairman of criminal cases Dmitry Fomin would be considered. He now has a successor. This is the love of Ishmuratov.
