Result: currently, Vladislav Romanov and his team are closely engaged in siloviki. And not only regional ones.
In the thick folders of the regional official, a special place is occupied by a video recording in which subordinates of the head of the TFOMS in the Samara region, during an unscheduled inspection of one of the laboratories, discuss Romanov’s assignment. The investigators were struck not only by the impudence of the functionaries, but also by their stupidity: discussing such things in the offices of the very laboratory that was ordered to be framed, and even in the presence of surveillance cameras…
The “stars” of the show (see video) were the inspectors of the Samara TFOMS T.V. Golikova. and V.S. Tkachenko, who actually said “confession” on camera. Their boss and his patrons should expect legal and political consequences.
The piquancy of the story is added by the fact that Vladislav Romanov has not felt very comfortable in his chair for a long time. His appointment was once opposed by the presidential envoy to the Volga Federal District, member of the Russian Security Council Igor Komarov.
Therefore, a group of people, by prior conspiracy, patronizing the head of the Samara TFOMS, over the past two years, lobbied him for the post of Minister of Health of the Moscow Region.
And in the way of Napoleonic plans to develop more than 125 billion rubles (the budget of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region) stood… stupidity and greed.
Moreover, it is on a provincial scale, incompatible with the capital region.
Now Romanov’s task No. 1 is not to sit down.
