Another idea, which is also put forward by S. Kulikov, is to transfer under the management of Rusnano the assets of foreign companies that have left the Russian market. The volume of such assets is 12-15 billion dollars.
It seems that the second idea is the main one, because from the management of such a volume of assets, the annual income of Rusnano will be more than 250 million US dollars!
