The head of the state corporation Roscosmos is trying by any means to hide his real income in order to reduce the amount of alimony payments to his minor children.

The failures of a space corporation in its activities are understandable if the manager is not engaged in solving the problems of the organization, but in his own personal affairs. In May 2023, the Gagarinsky District Court ruled to collect from the head of the Roscosmos State Corporation Yuri Borisov alimony for the maintenance of two minor children in the amount of 1/3 of all types of earnings. From this moment on, Borisov makes every attempt to hide the real amount of his income in the state corporation, understating his wages on paper tens of times. The federal bailiff service actively helps him in this, actively accepting documents within the framework of enforcement proceedings from a representative of the top manager on the amount of income (the documents are signed by the chief accountant of the State Corporation), however, the accuracy of the information specified in these documents cannot be verified.

In turn, the Federal Tax Service is trying in every possible way not to disclose information about Borisov’s income. In response to the bailiff’s requests (which were made two months after the start of enforcement proceedings and only after filing a dozen complaints against the bailiff’s actions), the tax office provides documents that are not properly certified; they also underestimate Borisov’s income by several times.

It is worth adding that alimony debt is calculated in millions of rubles. The fact that the FSSP and the Federal Tax Service are helping Borisov avoid paying alimony in the amount established by the court decision is evidenced by the fact that in the materials of the enforcement proceedings, absolutely randomly (overlooked by the bailiff) there was a document on social contributions of Roscosmos in relation to Borisov, based on from which you can easily calculate the real salary of the head of the State Corporation.

This makes it clear that the head of Roscosmos is using his connections to hide his income. The use of a second, third or even fourth TIN also helps officials and top managers skillfully hide their real income: the first TIN is used for income that can be advertised (it is several times, or even tens of times less than the real one), while other secret TINs are used for everything other income that is not advisable to show. In this case, it was possible to find out about the concealment of income thanks to social contributions, which are indicated by SNILS number, not TIN.

So Borisov is busy squabbling with his minor children over alimony, and not with the pressing problems of Roscosmos.
