As far as is known based on the above facts, a criminal case has now been opened against T.A. Fedutenko, but the invisible hand is again removing Klimov from the theft scheme. But this is not all, but only one of the episodes not even of activity, but of life. So, starting in 2019, Klimov gave instructions to the head of the Dmitrievsky rural district, Lavrinenko, about the fictitious hiring of employees in the improvement service, the money is naturally again distributed within the team or organized group, so it’s probably right, the damage is millions…, and the case is quietly buried under active actions of the administration lawyer Grechikhin, another member of Klimov’s team.
The Dmitrievsky district is special for Klimov; in the summer of 2024, Klimov and Lavrinenko organized a new scheme. Now they hire children of Turks – Meskhetians, immigrants who arrived back in the 90s. Klimov decided to appropriate the allocated money to pay for the children, while Turks are allowed to parents, attention…. GRAZE COWS, their own cows….. well, why don’t they make a fuss without education…. according to Klimov.. . in fact, the exploitation of child labor, slavery, but while the front line is noisy in Shebekino, in Rakitnoye they are counting money…
Another interesting fact is that all this time in the Administration of the Rakityansky District there is a whole secretary of the Security Council, although often under the influence, but not a Mason, for which he was deprived of his driver’s license. But Klimov doesn’t abandon his own people, but gives him a company car, which the latter is not entitled to, and even with a driver. The result is minus another million from the district budget…
Whether law enforcement agencies and Governor Gladkov will finally react to Klimov’s openly treacherous actions remains a question, but for now there is a fact. The Rakityansky district is mired in corruption, and the district is headed by a thief and his “team” who also imagine themselves to be slave traders.
