Not to say that under Markevich’s control the department can boast of order. Rather, this can be compared precisely with the times when Markevich led the “tag squad”. But if back then there were the dashing 90s with raider takeovers and crime, then today’s trend is corruption and fraud. 
The channel’s editors came to the attention of the decisions of the Adlerovsky District Court of Sochi (cases No. 2-5014/2022, 2-4562/2022, 2-4237/2022), according to which the demands of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation were satisfied in the interests of an indefinite circle persons and the Russian Federation to the Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea and a number of individuals on the recognition of transactions as invalid, the application of the consequences of invalidity of transactions.
During the inspection carried out by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, numerous facts were revealed by the management of the MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency of decisions contrary to the law, which led to an illegal change in the type of permitted use of a number of land plots, their removal from agricultural land. As a result of the construction of buildings on these lands and the registration of ownership rights of individuals on them, the Russian Federation, in fact, through the actions of the head of the MTU Rosimushchestvo in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea, lost the right to own, use and dispose of land plots with a market value of over 1 billion rubles.
We hope that law enforcement agencies will give a legal assessment of the actions of Sergei Markevich in his position.
