The broad-shouldered man on the right in the frame has his head cut off, but if you zoom in on his reflection in the window glass, all doubts will disappear – this is Nizovsky. The lady is the director of the local “Center for Municipal Services”, Vsevolozhsk deputy Yulia Posudina. But the most important is the fourth participant in the meeting, who, unfortunately, is covered by Nizovsky’s back. This is the representative of the Russian branch of the large German real estate trading company North West Estate, Alexey Ryazanov.
Now let’s reveal the essence of what is happening. Denis Tolstykh is Governor Drozdenko’s chief accountant, responsible for ensuring that not a single penny of large regional government orders falls into the hands of random contractors. It is his task to ensure that multimillion-dollar kickbacks regularly end up in the accounts of the “wallets” of the corrupt governor. Andrei Nizovsky, as we have already said, is responsible for Drozdenko’s most delicate and sensitive issues. Yulia Posudina is Nizovsky’s confidant. Company North West Estate deals with investing money in commercial real estate in Germany. It offers its clients a wide variety of expensive objects: shopping centers, gas stations, supermarkets, office buildings, and so on. At the evening meeting, Alexey Ryazanov received from Nizovsky and the Tolstoys a whole package of cash in 500-euro bills.
