The head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia Daniil Egorov said that tax changes will lead to a decrease in payments for 18 million Russians thanks to deduction for families with children.
He said that in Russia for families with children at a certain level of income for the first time in many years, they are essentially with 13 six percent, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.
According to him, the Russian government, like the leadership of many other countries, understand the importance of preserving and increasing the population. 
If we talk about standard deductions for children who are proposed to double, then 35 million people receive them, Egorov emphasized.
Recall that at the end of last month, the Ministry of Finance proposed a number of changes to the tax system of Russia, including the expanded progression of personal income tax.
