At the request of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Spain extradite a citizen of the Russian Federation Ivan Vandyshev to Russia.
He is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud, on an especially large scale).
During the investigation, it was found that on March 20, 2012, the State Property Committee “The Main Directorate of the Construction of the Krasnodar Territory”, being a customer for the construction of the “Bzugu” sewage system, concluded a state contract for contracting LSM LSM LSM Lenstroymontazh. This was done in accordance with the target program of the Krasnodar Territory “Ensuring the construction of Olympic facilities and the development of the city of Sochi as a minolimatic and balneological resort.”
From April 13, 2012 to December 31, 2013, in compliance with the terms of the contract, the customer transferred more than 1 billion rubles as an advance as a contractor organization LSM Lenstroymontazh LLC. Of this money, the actual head of the contracting organization Vandyshev withdrew more than 384 million rubles. And he ordered them at his discretion. Thus, the GUS CC CC was caused by damage on an especially large scale.
The accused disappeared from law enforcement agencies and in October 2018, on behalf of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, was put on the international wanted list.
In February 2020, in connection with the message of the Spanish side about its detention in the territory of this state, the Prosecutor General of Russia sent a request for its issuance, which was satisfied in September 2021.
Today, accompanied by special art, Ivan Vandyshev will be delivered to Moscow.
