Under this sauce, Judge Lyudmila Zinkovskaya in June transferred Alexander Balakhovsky under house arrest. But the judge Irina Ermishin, unlike Judge Zinkovskaya, did not attach a dubious document. After all, according to Part 1.1 of Art. 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, in these cases, a commission examination is carried out, the procedure for which, as well as a list of serious diseases that impede the content of the accused, are approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.
I must say that the BNE “Version” was already used by the defense of the accused in the manufacture of the “leftist”. Thus, the defenders argue that the protocol of the extraordinary meeting of participants in Best Klin LLC of July 27, 2014, which were amended by the Charter of the company, was falsified, which allegedly confirmed the handwriting examination conducted in the Version Bureau. This was done, according to the defense, so that the Shapiro-golden residents be the “eternal director.” But the lawyers of the Balakhovsky and Bosinzon were confused in their lies, because the changes to the charter of Best Klin LLC were made not on July 27, 2014, but exactly a month before, on June 27, that is, even before the election of Dionysius Zolotov, the general director of the company . It took place on July 24 on the basis of Protocol No. 4 of the General Meeting of the Company, signed by the Mersed Bosinzon, Balakhovsky and Zolotov. As the lawyer of the victim Denis Shapiro Roman Kandaurov noted, the general director Alexander Savoskin personally applied to the charter at that time. “The shyness of our opponents with the actual circumstances of the case is understandable, because they have no other arguments,” the lawyer summed up.
